Jay Taylor is the President & Chief Strategy Officer at LEVERAGE, an award-winning digital marketing agency that helps purpose driven brands amplify their impact.

Since founding the agency over a decade ago, Mr. Taylor has worked with more than 200 organizations, including recognizable brands such as Fantastic Sams, Keel & Curley Winery, GoodSport, Yogurtology, WCI/Lennar, and USAmeriBank.

Under Mr. Taylor’s leadership, LEVERAGE has been honored as one of the Top 10 fastest growing companies owned or led by a University of South Florida alumnus, and ranked by the Tampa Bay Business Journal as a top 25 advertising agency. The agency is also a Google Certified Partner, and has won over 50 international and national industry awards since its inception from organizations including the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts (AIVA), the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP), and the American Marketing Association (AMA) to name a few.

Mr. Taylor has contributed to various publications, including Forbes, Huffington Post, and Search Engine Watch on the topics of marketing, advertising, and digital strategy for entrepreneurs and C-level executives. Mr. Taylor has been quoted and his work has been referenced in a variety of industry leading publications and resources, including Marketing Land, Conductor Spotlight, and SEMrush.

Mr. Taylor’s passion for marketing is surpassed only by his passion for serving the community. He currently serves as Board Chair for the University of South Florida School of Marketing & Innovation Advisory Board, and also serves on the Board of Directors as the Marketing Committee Chair for Phoenix House Florida, the largest non-profit residential provider of substance use and behavioral health treatment services in the State of Florida.

Prior to beginning his career, Mr. Taylor received both a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from the University of South Florida, where he graduated with honors.
