Although ranked by Newsweek as one of America’s Best Addiction Treatment Centers and servicing patients throughout the State of Florida, Phoenix House Florida lacked awareness in its home market of Tampa Bay. As a result, the organization sought a new digital marketing strategy to help make Phoenix House Florida a recognizable name in the local market for addiction recovery, and increase visits to their outpatient facilities.

We began by creating and implementing a robust digital marketing strategy comprised primarily of owned media, including a new website, search engine optimization, social media, and email marketing to help position Phoenix House Florida as a trusted resource and thought leader in Tampa Bay. We later amplified the strategy with geo-targeted paid media campaigns that included Google Ads, Meta Ads, and :30 tv spots.

The
Results

As a result of our efforts, rankings on Google increased 1,640 net positions, and sessions to the website increased 696%. This helped contribute to a 187% increase in appointments scheduled. There was also a notable 349% increase in organic search traffic and 153% increase in conversion rate.
